the room was much better than expected for the price. the hotel is ideally situated for events at wembley arena, a great convenience. i found the check-in process very straightforward and efficient.
The shower gel dispenser was nearly empty. I had to work to get any gel out.

Check-in was very straightforward. The room was much better than I anticipated for the price. The hotel's location was ideal for my visit. The bar area downstairs presented a classy and sophisticated atmosphere.

the location was convenient for wembley stadium. the staff at the reception were helpful and polite. breakfast had several choices and the area for it was very clean.
the bathroom felt small and was like a plastic cubicle. the shower floor made a loud noise when i stood on it. the pillows were quite flat and not comfortable.

The hotel's location proved convenient. I could easily walk to the stadium. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff was cute when I checked in, and they explained everything clearly.
The room I had was quite small. it felt a bit outdated. There was no bin in the bedroom. I had to ask for more tea and milk at the reception.
